Palace was last seen on March 5, 2018.

She was last seen wearing a light blue coat, blue pants, black tennis shoes and an unknown color scarf wrapped around her hair.

Palace is described as:

• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Black.
• HAIR: Brown.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 3 inches.
• WEIGHT: 103 pounds.
• OTHER: Palace has pierced ears. She has sleeve tattoos on both arms.
