ORIGINAL ARTICLE: GLEN BURNIE — The Baltimore Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 52 year old Chinh Quoc Doan out of the Glen Burnie, Maryland area.
Chinh was last seen on December 21, 2017 at approximately 10:00 or 10:30 pm from the Canton Waterfront Park in Baltimore.
He was last seen wearing an assortment of light jackets, one of them green in color, active wear-style pants brown in color (or perhaps gray), white sneakers and a black plastic watch. Chinh’s car was found in the parking lot but there has been no sign of him.
Chinh is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Asian.
• HAIR: Black with gray.
• EYES: Black.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 3 inches – 5 feet 4 inches.
• WEIGHT: 155 – 170 pounds.
• OTHER: Chinh wears glasses. He has a scar along his head from above left eye toward back of left ear and a long scar on his abdomen.
