ORIGINAL ARTICLE: BALTIMORE — The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 34 year old Stephen Deflavis out of the Baltimore, Maryland area.
Stephen was last heard from on April 13, 2018. He was spotted on Peyson Street in Baltimore around noon on Sunday April 15, 2018, no sightings since.
He was last seen wearing pants, black Under Armour shoes and wearing a breast cancer rubber bracelet and a black rubber bracelet.
Stephen is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: White.
• HAIR: Brown.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 5 inches.
• WEIGHT: 130 pounds.
• OTHER: Stephen has his last name tattooed on left arm, along with others and a tattoo on chest. He is missing a tooth in the front of his mouth.
