ORIGINAL ARTICLE: ASPEN HILL — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 19 year old Saphir Sermilia Villard out of the Aspen Hill, Maryland area.
Saphir was last seen on February 1, 2017 at approximately 1 am when she left her residence located in the 12700 block of Robindale Drive, Aspen Hill.
Family members have been unable to contact her since that time. She was last known to be wearing a green coat, white scarf, blue jeans and sneakers. Police and family are concerned for Saphir’s physical and emotional welfare.
Saphir is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: African American.
• HAIR: Black.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 3 inches.
• WEIGHT: 110 pounds.
