This is a cold sick bastard who did this & he’ll only be charged with one murder, not two. In Maryland the fetus has to be 26 weeks or over at the time of the murder. The Unborn Victims of Violence Act (2004) unfortunately will not cover this either. More than half of women killed are because of domestic violence / partner-related. It’s also the 5th leading cause of death between women 18-44 yrs old.
